Hi everyone, I’ve just recently been diagnosed (just over a month) after constant running back and forth for over a year to the GP. At the time I was started on duloxetine 30mg and nefopam 30 mg three times a day. Has any one experienced side effects of these? I feel extremely fatigued to the point that even talking or getting out of bed is too much, bloated and feel so full after a small amount of food with nausea and a pain at the back of my left ribs.I found them of little help so today they upped the nefopam to 60mg three times a day. So basically my question is, is anyone had similar effects and has anyone found these meds useful?

I was taking Duloxtine for around a year. I found it helped a lot but left me feeling spaced out all the time so I've been changing meds for the last year now.

I tried gabapentin and dulloxetine but I’m better on pre-gablin and amytriptylene without them I would get no sleep. I know it’s trial and error and what works for one doesn’t for another. Our bodies react differently to medications. I hope you get some relief soon
