Hi Ginge, I've had a few really awful ones, extremely vivid......hard to get them out of your head for days,(brought me to tears some of them !) and you worry about going to sleep just in case you have another !

I don't have any answers as to how to stop them......just hope & try not to be too stressed over your pains before trying to sleep ?

We were in a hotel in Tunisia and my husband said I was screaming in my sleep......I remember the dream involving one of my sons and it was horrendous, just doesn't bear thinking about !

They just happen, I don't know why there doesn't seem to be a pattern......just hope not to dream at all ! Sweet dreams Ginge !

Hi Ginge. I have night terrors. I have dreams also that there are people in my room, and that there are creatures in the room, I remember this when I was a kid too. Sometimes it gets so bad that I am scared to go to bed.

I have these and it’s so scary I have three beings one is about 7ft tall the others 6 ft tall and I have creatures running over the top of my head all the time I’m terrified . I learnt a tip online that when it happens start wiggling your toes and it does help . Bonny I too had it from a kid and it has really affected my sleep , I rarely sleep and when I was a child I was too frightened to sleep . Xx🤗😘🙏🏻🦋

ive had a few bad ones. hubby said i was screaming out the other nite! but couldnt remember anything. was the rare occ i did sleep all nite
