Duloxetine
I have noticed that too sometimes don’t sleep at all up till six in morning
Hi Annab124, I have been prescribed Duloxetime but held off taking it, but my Dr said if it keeps you from sleeping, take it at a different time of day. Hope you get some 😴 as it makes such a difference. Mags
Hi yes they do mess with your sleep I have one 4 times a day but do not take after 7 in the evening that helped with myself
Strangely, I take 60mg in the evening and it helps me to sleep, although I also take liquid melatonin and CBD Oil at Simply CBD, to help me sleep as well.
My doc advised that the effects from duloxetine are fairly immediate and last ~24 hours (hence taking 1 per day). So I've realized it is best to take it in the morning so by the evening time the effects are simmering down. I suffer from insomnia and my circadian rhythm won't allow me to sleep until 1AM most nights (fortunately, I don't have to be awake until 8AM). I'm no professional but I would recommend taking it when you wake up. It's been working really well for me, I haven't noticed any side effects at all.
Hi there, well i was given Duloxetine, but I only took it for 1 week. I couldn't sleep and it made my stomach feel so bad, i was nauseous all the time even though my Doctor gave me Anti sickness tablets although they stopped the Sickness, it didn't stop the rest of it. We're not all the same, so hope they help you. TAKE CARE. Gjkas
