I’m so much pain, my chest keeps getting bad shooting pains in left side an hurts to touch :(

Hi there, sorry your In pain. All I can suggest if it hurts to touch. Maybe you should stop touching it and let it settle down xx

It could be costochondritis, inflammation of the sternum and part if the ribs . Please take care Lynne

I was thinking the same thing. Steroids are the only thing that helps my costo.

Hello, have you had your vitamin B12 checked? I had chest pain when I had low B12.

Yeah I’ve had it checked an it’s low but I get injections for it

Do you know what your levels are at the moment? You may need supplementation on a more regular basis.
