That's it! No more hoovering for me... so I bought a 'smart' robot vacuum cleaner for £110 and it is fantastic!

My hands and arms really don't like using the dyson upright hoover anymore, it's too heavy and cumbersome and wears me out.

So I wanted an alternative but thought the few hundred pounds these robots go for was way too much money, but hunting around I found the 'Ziglint D5' at a really affordable price.

It has two sweeping brushes, a 1800pa motor, 'smart mapping', wifi and remote control, drop sensors, a 2 hour replaceable battery, even voice control!

I've had it for two weeks now and it performs brilliantly, it's a real pleasure to watch it go about the house doing the hoovering for me!

I strongly recommend this make and model, if you would like more info let me know and if you would like a link to Amazon where it costs £169.99 or to the ebay business seller I used (where it is £60 cheaper for the exact same thing) I can PM them to you:)

I have woofs so have gone down the G tech route . My woofs would chase a robot and try and eat it. New cleaner so light I can lift with one arm. Recharge battery comes out easy. I started to struggle with my Dyson too! Hope you do not wear the carpets away with the new toy you have there KurtN . I say thank goodness some technology is making our painful bodies less stressed with basic chores.

We had to give up on our Dyson as it seemed as though we were trying to push a fully laden cart uphill. Like skit as we have a dog that sheds for England we decided on a Gtech and have found it much easier. I do like the thought of your little robot squirrelling away cleaning your carpets.x

I went to my granddaughter graduation from primary school last week and I was clapping quite a lot got home I could not do anything with my hands they hurt so much and blistered at top of fingers. Something I did not expect which meant I couldn't go to work for 3 days.
