Physio frustration!

Morning all. After a very frustrating visit to the physio this week I wondered if anyone had any tips for explaining to medical folk that it's possible to tell the difference between painful situations! Fibro may cause me extreme pain but sciatica caused me to be unable to get out of the bath recently and makes it impossible to put my shoes on when it strikes. Sciatica keeps biting me and making life very tricky and is extremely painful but in a different way to to fibro pain. It also prevents proper movement of leg and or foot...I couldn't get the movement needed to get up out of bath...bit tricky when living alone...and the dog was no help!😂 I thought I may get sent for x-rays...but he just gave me the same excersises that I already do for it which I found online anyway! Just a bit frustrating! Xx
