Blood tests results

I have been feeling v unwell for sometime now. I just had blood tests and the results come back

Very low vit d -been given a booster of 60,000 units to take once a week for 5 weeks

Liver results low

I am a bit anemic

And irregular renal results ( I do have a kidney disease so no surprise there)

Also low platelets.

I am seeing doctor Friday about my depression but has anyone had any of these symptoms and should I be worried?

Need to do tests again in 2 weeks and then a months time
