I’ve been really struggling , with pain, anxiety , working and running a house with a young family. I also struggle depression and restless legs. I’ve started yoga even though it was the last thing I wanted to do, it’s the best thing I have done , it’s helped so many ways I even used to pick my feet (strange I know) that’s stopped the migraines have really slowed. I’ve also started turmeric & black pepper tablets. It’s not a miracle but I must say it has really helped me. It is an awful illness though but it’s the most effective for me so far xxxx

healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., morning glad to hear this has helped and the yoga , great when we try something new and it helps, running a house, family,working, Fibro and other conditions is a lot to take on board. I have the turmeric too I’ve read people have had good results with this, Take care xx
Try rolling the legs with massage balls for RLS. Also magnesium. This helps for me.
