Pin and needles

Hi all, I'm just wondering has any one found a way to ease the pins and needles? Shocking at the moment , particularly in both arms but spreads to the legs too. It's almost burning after a while. Also I get a strange tingling/tickly feeling deep in my limbs.

I massage the affected areas with freeze gel. I used to have that strange burning sensation all over my body, you have my sympathy. I was prescribed Pregablin and even though I still get it unless I am having a bad flare it has certainly brought that feeling down a notch or two. I do try to have a slow walk if I an feeling like that as I find sitting around doesn't help me. Hope this horrible sensation eases for you soon.x

Thank you risewine , I do walk every day with my fur babies ... well , they walk me 🤦🏼‍♀️ But they keep me going ! I'll try a freeze gel xx

Yes I tend to trail behind our rescue dog. I am grateful she likes having a ball thrown for her and bless her she will bring it back to our feet which is a great help. Having her gives me more impetus to exercise. Hope the freeze gel eases it a bit.x

Like rosewine i use a freeze gel that s good and legs I try walk on something cold. healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., you could just ,mention this to your gp l know a lot of things are fibro related but differently worth a mention .
