healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., hello there and welcome, as if fibro is not enough to cope with and other conditions on top for you , I find the forum a good place to have a chat , share helpful advice, and tips with each other. I have sleep apnea /fibro/cfs but I always try keep a smile and be as positive as possible, listening to others differently keeps my chin up here on the forum, a huge club none of us volunteered to join. Having suffered in the past with anxiety/depression, can totally empathise, do you take any meds to help at all , I’m currently on duloxtene and has helped brilliantly for me xx
