Healthhy diet helps every condition and everyone even if they do not have anything wrong with them. I follow a processed food free and refined sugar free diet and although fibro can still be a problem for me, as obviously it's not a cure all, I feel better and have managed to stay in work. If I stray from the diet, and lets face it we are all only human and slip up occasionally or think the one take away won't matter, I pay the price as the IBS kicks in and I feel even more sluggish than normal and a flare normally follows. However as fibro is different for all of us what works for one may not work for another. It's very much a case of try it and see.

I totall changed my diet and its definitely made a huge difference. Plant based, no dairy or processed foods, no wheat, No chemicals in cleaning products or shampoo ect. The joint pain has almost gone. I started by doing a cleanse, the gm diet. Then added foods back in. Ull notice your bodies recation to the food then keep it off the menu. Hope this helps. Gental hugs x

I no longer eat any Grains, Dairy, Sugar, Soy, Sweeteners, Meat or Fish.

Only fresh fruit and veg a few nuts and seeds, and raw where possible I only use olive oil and balsamic, cider or wine vinegar as a dressing,,, and only natural salt,, which is damp and a rather dirty colour and slightly damp,,,, not bleached and processed,,, and certaintly not he chemical refered to as "Table Salt" which is sodium hexacyanoferrate(II) but it's nice and cheap and will distroy you arterys at he very least!

I juice alot and use organic as I can,, I couldn't go back,,, I still have fibro but it has eased some of the symptoms and keeps me from having to use as many medications,, I so resent those medications!
