Fibromyalgia Flare ups and associated other ailments

Hi I am Karen and live in Jersey, Channel Islands and have Fibromyalgia and awaiting diagnosis of an autoimmune disease in next two weeks. I have suffered for about twenty years or more from long term chronic pain on and off but am having to take long term sickness at present as been having a lot of insomnia (busy mind) also because of pain together with frozen shoulder pain, coccyx and lower back and hip pain. I have read many other people's stories and it has helped me understand the condition together with useful tips. My heart goes out to all those that cope through these ailments on a daily basis holding jobs and family duties together as I know how exhausted it can make you feel. It saddens me to think how much you loose of yourself, the fun side that is trying to cope but in unison we can improve the odds and find a cure.

Ouch Karen be sounds like shear h*ll (edited by admin) with all these ailments, indeed we are all trying to understand our own predicaments and can do that by reading & listening to other people’s stories just like you are doing

I think we all dream of a cure not convinced it will happen if I my belief is anything to go by but hope sometimes gets us through a sh***y (edited by admin) day
