Today my legs are hurting soooo much. Wondered if anyone else feels as if their legs are swollen with the pain. X

I have leg and foot pain so elevate my feet to hip height every afternoon or if not possible go to my bed with extra pillow nightly.

Yes, I have the same problem. I do the same as Skit. I elevate my feet even more, by lying on bed and my legs up against the wall, and stay that way a minimum of 20mins every day. It does seems to help. I also take magnesium and Antistax healthy active leg capsules.

Thanks for your reply I will try those suggestions. I'll try anything at the moment short of chopping my legs off 😃😃😃😃 take care x

My thighs are agony, I can't stand it much longer. I can't take painkillers as I have liver disease so painkillers are a no no. I'm even thinking about asking for morphine patches.

I am sorry your suffering with this awful pain it has such an impact on our day to day activities. This site is so good when we are cocerned and just need someone to understand us and everyone on here does. Take care x
