Oh dear sorry to read of your burning, throbbing, I’m wondering now the weather is changing it kicks off the aches/pains more. Hope you have some better days soon, I have shingles so I’m itching , painful , and abit sad as was going on holiday today and had to cancel, typical as never book anything never mind, take care
