Is been a while since I posted anything. I have been living with fibromyalgia for 3 years now and all though mine may not be as severe as others it still impacts my life daily. I have been struggling to sleep a lot recently so have been give chlorophenamine to help me fall asleep. My muscle pain across my entire body has been slowly getting worse and causing me more difficulties to the point I struggle at work everyday just to fight through. I feel like I have no support and no one to talk to about how I feel about it all. I have no Dr that will regularly see me to help control my symptoms it just feels like its me against the world and every day I seem to lose. I am currently crying while I write this and I'm not ashamed to say that because everyday is an uphill battle with this condition and sometimes you just break and question everything! Sometimes the good days just aren't enough to out way the bad ones anymore!!!!

It sounds like you having a 🤬day like me, Doctors that is big thing got GP you can talk to like ours that fits you in like yesterday ours did makes so much difference. Sorry you need to look around for new GP

I totally sympathise with you, it seems to take forever to get anything done to help relieve our suffering.

Is it possible to cut down hours at work and to rest more. We really have to look after ourselves, which is so difficult to do, especially when we’ve been used to looking after everyone else round about us.
