Night stretches

My husband tells me that I stretch all night and I don't feel a thing, I'm not sore in the am. I do take a strong RX sleeping pill, that is probably why. I read all the post, I eat brown rice a lot as I try to be vegan. I like to stretch in this morning.

Hi, I wondered a while ago why I don't yawn and stretch anymore when I wake up. Babies and children do that naturally when they wake up after a deep sleep. Maybe it has something to do with quality of sleep. I have no idea.
