Exhausted

Hi I am finally back after a few tough weeks of my life. I’m back now. Still exhausted a lot. Plus I’m having to go back to work tomorrow too.

Oh Hayley you are ever so brave. Be kind to urself and do take things slowly. Its a long sad journey. My daughter is still struggling and its been six months. She cannot go back to work yet still on her maternity leave but she feels so much anxiety by just going out the front door. Take care of urself and make sure you rest when u need to. X
