Didn't really sleep so yeah been awake since early doors............... painsomina is part of Fibro I gather? Hope you get a chance to nap today 🤗

I was awake at 5 today, most days it's 5, but I can doze for a few hours on and off. Sometimes I can't sleep until very late.... seems like swings and roundabouts. I haven't been diagnosed because I cannot get an appointment with my doctor. Mood is so up and down.... from super happy to thoughts of... well let's not go there. Massively long story, but basics are they thought it was MS, but 18yrs later no other symptoms appeared so said it wasn't. I feel so lost ....
