As some of the others have said, your hormones will be all over the place, and it's normal to feel teary after giving birth. Mention to the nurses how you're feeling, and they will be able to reassure you. Remember my tip about your piece of paper, with questions and answers.

Rest up and sleep when you can xx

Your hormones will be shot. I always cried after having a baby. Try to relax and let it wash over you, it will wear off. Also try to focus on positive things like how gorgeous your little boy is.

How is he doing and have you named him yet as we're all dying to know what you're going to call him? Xx
