Hi shaz333 seems a warm welcome to the FMA UK community.
We seem a bit quiet this afternoon..... Apparently there is some important football match on.... Not that I interested personally 🤣😂🤣
Make yourself comfortable, and if you need more information on fibro I general, check out our main site on fmauk.org

Hi Shaz333 and a warm welcome to the forum.
You'll meet some lovely, friendly, helpful people here, who have lots of experience in dealing with fibro and lots of advice.
Weekends are generally quite quiet, but it will get busier during the week. xx
Hi Shaz, I have found this site very helpful especially advice regarding benefits. Unlike some sites that seem to be all doom and gloom and you feel worse after going on them, people on here are optimistic, share great tips and some great jokes. Hope you enjoy our company xx
Hi and welcome. I have found this forum a great help and support. We all try our best to offer a friendly ear, support and advice when we can. Sometimes just knowing there are people who know how you feel is a big comfort. Take care x
