Hi im struggling in the heat and to top off my pain i fell down a hole in my garden Saturday night. Ive been to local hospital n have all over soft tissue damage and whiplash on my neck. I thought of ending it last night but i thought of my 2 teenage sons.

Oh Ashbash, please don't think like that. If things get so bad that you feel you can't cope please call The Samaritans, or you can also call your local Mental Health Team. You can ring your local team and ask to speak to the Duty Mental Health Officer.
