Got given a leaflet yesterday about a new chronic pain group they are starting in my area. Rung the number and spoke to a lovely lady who took all my details and said I could be on the course that starts September 3rd for 6 weeks in my local hospital. Managed a walk this morning too. Shattered now and throbbing legs but feel better for the walk and getting on the course. Hope everyone’s day is going ok 😀😀

Hi Ajay, glad you have had good experiences of them. I am definitely up for getting all the help I can and it’s always good to talk to others in the same boat. I’m hoping it will be beneficial. Hope you’ve had a good day 😀😀
Thanks. Did a nice walk this morning but paid for it afterwards but always feel better when I’ve done something to warrant the pain and exhaustion. Enjoy your week too 😀😀
