Avoiding a flare up.

What I find difficult is getting a balance between doing enough physical work to maintain body condition and getting enough rest to avoid a meltdown. Interested in how others handle it.

Hi Chest1,

I have had M.E for sometime and recently fibromyalgia diagnosis too I totally agree here. I’m concerned as I had lost a lot of weight but now I get really bad pain exhaustion etc I’ve started to put the weight on and I know it’s due to tha lack of physical exercise then it’s a vicious circle. It too worries myself and I would also be interested to find out. Thanks Kaz x

I've had fibromyalgia for well over 30 years now and that's something I still struggle with. x
