Can anyone tell me if CBD is any good for sufferers of Fibromyalgia. I have been diagnosed now for about 8 months but suffered from the symptoms for years and at first they discussed SLE. A friend told me to buy this from Holland and Barrett’s but worried about taking any cannibis type of drugs. I haven’t discussed this with my doctor and I’m anti illegal drugs. Any advice would be helpful because I’m having a really bad flare up.

hi, some people with fibromyalgia have found that CBD oil benefits their symptoms, but not all. I personally use it - and it does help take the edge off my pain but it doesn't take it all away. others find it also helps them sleep better. but like everything it depends on the individual how they react.
CBD is completely legal, and although it is related to the cannabis plant - you are not taking cannabis oil, and you are in no way taking illegal drugs (thc is the *illegal* part of the cannabis plant - and CBD oil has trace or no thc in it). In the UK CBD oil is classed as a food supplement and like I said is completely legal to buy and use.
Hi Hazel
Have been looking into cbd oil but what would be a good supplier to buy from and what strength??
Cheers
hi phil, there are several suppliers around now ... two I have used personally are CBD Brothers and Cheds. Both these companies will send you samples for the price of the postage .... and they do a low percentage oil similar to H & B - but at a far better price.
there are some good groups on facebook where you can ask questions and learn lots about how to take cbd xxx
