So sore

I have been so sore on right hand side today on my back and up into my neck. Had my heat pad on for a few hours but no difference. Just made my bed and sweat like a pig, so tiring too. Wondering if I should ask g.p. To increase gabapentin as only on minimum dose 300mg three times a day. Anyone got any advice or similar symptoms. I hurt when my clothes are on my skin. This soreness feels like shingles. I know it's not but that's how it feels. It goes down to the right leg too.

Hi I have constant pain in my shoulders and neck, I take gabapentin 300 three times a day to. But still have pain. I also use diclofenac topical gel to it does help! Mybe your GP can prescribe it for you. Take care. Chris x

oh you poor thing 😞..but using your heat pad have you tried the opposite of it..cold packs because it can be just that or maybe even a tens machine..just a few ideas for you to think about trying out.hugs xx
