Snowed in

Well I complained that I was struggling to manage working full time with my fibromyalgia, but now I’ve been snowed in at home for the past three days and sat on my butt mostly - the pain in my legs is really bad. I guess it’s probably a mix of the cold weather and not moving them as much as I do normally. So the grass is definately not always greener....get me back to Work!!

Ha! yes sitting too much is not good. I've been out, because I have to keep moving to help my pain. Walking like a penguin, of course! Thank goodness we had a fall of snow to cover the lethal ice of yesterday. The cold is bitter though and my joints hurt more when they get cold. However, I come back home and yay! my house is miraculously toasty again. Mm hot chocolate and something interesting to read, should keep me going for a bit.
