Good afternoon munchkins well today I had my ESA appeal and great news I won so thanks all for the support etc its been a difficult 7 months but got there in the end would also like to say the Tri Panel (can spell tibunrual or whatever don't matter tho) were so compassionate and understand they put me at ease straight away introduced themselves asked my name and basically told me to go and sit in the waiting room I swear the whole process took no more than 5 mins its taken me longer to write this
So...there is hope,light at the end of the tunnel and although at times it seems easy to give up DONT!!! keep fighting and when you feel helpless and alone you aren't this community is here for YOU

Wonderful news. It looks like on your paperwork alone they had already decided in your favour so well done. Such a pity you had to go through all this but at least now you can relax.x
If you don't fight for it they keep it that simple not every one who gets turned down fights so they win all those cases without trying. A lot of the time this will be the ones who need it most who feel they are alone no support network like this to hold them up as they fight the system . The vulnerable lose.
