Hi yes I get down sometimes- have great friends but they don't really understand my fibromyalgia - they are sympathetic but unless you have it - it's so difficult to comprehend how the pain moves around and the pacing thing -. I have had a tough week too so I hope this week will be better for both of us. Neese. x

I feel exactly the same, sometime you just need to speak to someone who is suffering too, but not always want to talk about our medical issues, maybe ask for some advice, or get advice or suggest some help that you didn’t know you could have.
