His guy's wishing you all a happy new year I'm having trouble sleeping tonight the pain is terrible in my neck and backalso my legs i just don't know what to do I'm going out of my mind

Happy new year hun. I’m so exhausted and going into a deep on and off. So frustrating 😟. I’ve got pain in my back, legs and feet. I’m trying to massage it all but then it keeps going into spasms. What a wonderful life we lead lol. Gotta laugh or I’ll cry. Take care Hun and I hope you get some sleep soon xx

happy New year. I can't sleep either. I have pain at the base of my neck, tops of my arms, base of my back, thighs and biw my groin -exactly the same on both sides and don't know why?

Morning Bob happy new year. I'm the same tonight pain is driving me nuts feel like chopping my legs off spasms r bad I was bebopping about the bed like fish out of water so been out of bed from 1 but hey ho that's fibro for u just need to get on with it. Hopefully u manage some sleep. Take care 😙

Morning bobajob , I can completely empathise with how your feeling. I been dealing with very similar problems for weeks. It just drags you down and is exhausting. ((hugs)) I hope you mange to have a better weekend with reduced pain xx
