have upper leg pains? It feels like I've done a load of squats even pushing on my thigh muscles hurts. I've just gotten over a cold too so don't know if it's that but it's blooming sore walking up and down the stairs.

Hi Lovisa,

I quite often get upper leg pain, and just as you've described. I find heat helps - a hot water bottle or heat pack. Also the heat rubs that you can buy. I hope you get some ease soon, but if it continues see your GP. x

It could be lack of movement after getting over your cold. If it continues I would have a word with your Gp I have a lower spine problem and have suffered with that type of pain for many years. We moved to a bungalow 4 years ago because I could no longer climb steps. So please don't let it linger and suffer. I hope it eases up for you soon xx

Hi ive sufferd chronic hip,thigh and knee pain daily for years last week gp said its my fibro ive never stopped searching for what is causeing it as i have alot of other things going on as well,i take zapain,use biofreeze gel and have just been perscribed pregabalin. take care hope you get some answers. joanne x

I too feel like this some days.I cant squat and so I have a bad habit of leaning over too far and pulling those upper leg muscles at the back and below buttocks, they take days to get back to pain free..
