I love the spoon theory.

I found a very slightly modified version a while back. So, we already know that various tasks take a certain amount of spoons to complete. However, the assumption is that we start out with a standard number of spoons per day. Instead, you start out with a mystery number of spoons in a bag - like scrabble tiles, you don't know how many because you can't just look in. So some days, there may be a high number of spoons, but the next day, there may only be a small number of spoons.

I found it very useful when explaining to other people.

I'll see if I can find it, it's really hard trying to explain how we cope on a day to day basis isn't it? X

The spoon theory is excellent If you look around the forum or add it to the search you will find many copies of it. Here is just one of the links I found. It's been around for a long time now I love it too :) xx healthunlocked.com/fibromya....
