Thanks for your reply a few months ago pip still a nightmare I am taken back at people writing about under active over ext thyroid I have taken 100 thyroxine for about 20 years and only time I am reminded is when I am having blood test for something or other I get contacted to say I'm not taken my tablet it's true I often go a week then take it anytime of the day never giving it another thought as to b honest did not think it's important I am quite taken back at how some people are making it sound very important bye
