hi all i got signed off sickness benefit in march iv appealed against it as i was waiting my tribunal hearing i past in for pip today i received a letter confirming my tribunal date is next week if i do not pass my tribunal can they take pip off me ....please help

HI lisajeff1971 .

I'm confused, do you mean that you've been awarded PIP and have a tribunal hearing for sickness benefit?

If this is the case then you will not lose your PIP even if your sickness benefit isn't reinstated.

i took it as an pip tribural but if its for esa she wont lose her pip
