Hi

chronic widespread pain. Does anyone get deep pelvic pain? Does anyone have irritable bladder which is relieved by passing urine but then builds up minutes later? I would really appreciate it if anyone can relate to this who is reading it.

Hi helenbates

Sounds similar to the symptoms I have relating to Interstitial Cystitis, see the link for information and see if you can relate maybe;

I think many people often have this condition alongside Fibro as well as many others

Hope this helps ;)

helenbates I agree also with Mdaisy you might have this form of cystitis, just go gp a.s.a.p and discuss it all.

Hello helenbates I wonder if you know how to do pelvic floor excercises? I struggle on dry land but can do them in water, I go to hydro weekly and often do these excercises in there. in the bath is good too. I used to get deep pelvic pain every "month" for this my gp allowed me to have the pill to slow things down, he told me to take it back to back and give my body some relief, maybe discuss with with your gp, dont do it on your own, as I dont know your history and without guidance you might get high blood pressure or worse.
