MRI and flare up's

Hi, I haven't been on here for a while because I have had a lot going on with hospital appointment's and now I have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis which is also very painful 😖 I have had a MRI on my right shoulder and on my neck because I have pain in my shoulder if I hold my right arm in any position for to long I get pins and needles in my hand. I get the results next Wednesday so hopefully they can give me some answers.
