Grunting in sleep

Hi, does anyone else do this? Gurgling and loud grunting in my sleep? Seems to be coming from my throat. It's getting me down and waking me up. Fed up and have to go to work now 😔

Have you put weight on if so it could be that as it often causes restrictions around that area

best thing to do would be see your GP

I was about to mention considering talking to your GP about this as members have reported similar and subsequently diagnosed with Sleep Apnoea but I see others have replied in a similar vain
