I hope you are feeling well today. You were asking about exercise. Try exercising in water even the bath or pool will be better. Start simple the water will help movement and if it is warm feels so good. There are a lot of rehabs around that maybe covered by you insurance or the YMCA. Start slow and easy help a list of what you do and how long even it is walking around in a circle in your home. At the hospital we would always tell the patients move it or lose it. You can make a round paper plate list exercises spin the needle and do what you land on it is OK if you spin twice only you will know. Look for the web site and they should offer a list of exercises or call a chapter in your area. Best of luck I'm trying to lose and change eating habits due to diabetes and lower my A1C so you are not alone out there.

What a brilliant post - I love the idea of the spinning plate of exercises! I am trying hard to keep active and change my activity - still learning a lot about what I can and can't do at the moment so having a few flares but hopefully this will stop soon! Good luck on your journey and keep us in the loop xxxx
