I am a 63 year old woman with fibromyalgia and Lupus. Recently, on most days, I have nooooo energy, none what so ever. I know the heat/humidity bother me a lot but lately it seems excessive tiredness! Early in the day I feel like I got the wall.... Can anyone tell me is there anything I can take to give me energy just to clean my bedroom or bathroom, laundry, dishes or cook a meal? I appreciate any advice.

There are medications to keep you awake.

Have you had your Vit D checked lately ? Most people suffer from low Vit D but when it becomes too low it can cause extra problems like more pain and trideness. I had that trouble a few months ago.
My GP took a blood test and Vit D was at 20% after a course of treatment it went up to 86% ! I still feel pain and tired but it did help. It may be a good idea to talk it over with your doctor has these are the only people who could prescribe any medication if they thought you needed it. xx

As Dizzytwo suggests, get your VitD levels checked, plus your B12, ferritin and folate. We are often low in all of these and if you can get proof that your levels are low and correct this it will help.
