What can I take to boost my energy, as my daughter has booked a holiday and arranged wheel chair, its not till June but I have to plan myself daily due to Fibromyalgia

You could try co-enzyme Q10 120mg daily and mybe some Korean Ginseng.

1000 mg Korean Ginseng. not if you are taking meds for high blood pressure. If you decide to take these start 2 weeks before you go get them into your system. really hope this helps xx
