Vit D deficiency & osteopenia

Hi every 1 , I have not been diagnosed fibromyalgia , I am looking for some Hope ! , symptoms very much like fibromyalgia I am looking to learn & share information , I my medication is vit D , vit K2 , Magnesuim glysinate , I do have osteopenia in my spine & hips , thanx Maria

Hello and welcome, many illnesses and symptoms sound like fibromyalgia but they are not i'm glad to say.

The only person who can help to diagnose you is your doctor. Have you been to see your GP and talked over your concerns with him/her ?OA can also feel like fibro there are many similar symptoms.

Hi thx for your reply , I will mention fibromyalgia to my doctor when I see him again and ask to be tested , I take my supplements for vit D & it has helped a little bit but some days I just can't cope with pain / joints , some days I feel like my body is made of jelly & some days I'm stiff as a board , I've read there is no specific test for fibromyalgia?? Thx
