Thought I'd say 'Hi' because I'm in Exmouth so not far from you at all. But, I wouldn't be much help with excercising I'm afraid as I'm wheelchair bound. All the best, Will 😃

Hi hun, not messaged you before, I,m sometimes known as Nurse Gladys Emanuel (still open all hours) although its been some hours since you put your message up I wonder if you have contact with a specialist physio>? ask your gp to put you intouch with one so that you can get some help. I use local hydrotherapy pool each week and have done for many years, meet new people and have a physio on hand for any new troublesome areas.
