My bones hurt 😭

Afternoon lovelies,

Today's a massive flare day...I've been doing really well recently and had actually thought that maybe they had misdiagnosed me, but today I've woke up I'm foggy headed, my actual bones hurt, my back keeps spasming and my legs are tingly and numb 😞 been a very busy few weeks for me and last night I realised I was going into full blown flare mode 😭😭😭 I've got a 5 hour shift to do now and I'm not looking forward to it because of ill I feel. Does anyone have any advice? TIA xxx

I work in a shop finally finished for the day back in tomorrow and Saturday
