Hi there Bethsy is a great deal of information available here for suffers and she would be able to share with others in similar situations.
Hi Bethsy Welcome to our wonderful forum, I'm sure you will love it and find it invaluable chatting to others who are going through the same as your, mum at different stages of their lives with fibromyalgia.
What a caring daughter you are, maybe when she sees what happens on the forum, you will be able to come on herself, im sure she would benefit from some suppory.
You really have come to the right place my friend and I look forward to chatting with you on the forum.
Please do go check out the mother site fmauk.org where you will find lots of useful information and links on fibro.
It's a good idea to lock your posts to the community so they are not accessible from the internet. If you look to right of screen you will see under "Pinned Posts" a number of blue links & instructions on how to lock it. Phone or tablet, scroll down.
Peace, luv n light

Hi Bethsy
I sincerely hope that you and your mum are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance.
I can see that our Janet28 has given you the link for our mother site, whereby they have a comprehensive list of support groups and there may be one in your area that your mum could join?
I want to sincerely wish you and your mum all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.
All my hopes and dreams for the both of you
Ken
Hi Bethsy and welcome. What a lovely thing to do for your mother and I am sure you will both gain an awful lot from this site and from other's experiences.....so ask away! Gentle hug xx
Thank you all so much for being so kind, I wasn't sure what to expect when my mum was diagnosed as I had never heard of this before, my mum and I are very close so hopefully the more I know the more supportive I can be. My mum is also on this site and I think it's helping her alot to know that she isn't alone with her condition. It's been really hard to believe this can happen to a normal family like us and I'm not sure how to support mum with this, I'm worried I'm more annoying than helpful sometimes haha. I hope everyone is feeling well and the best for the future to all of you. Thanks again.
