I'm learning quite a lot from peoples personal experiences with this condition on this blog. A member of my family suffers with this condition. The more I know the more understanding I am of her situation.

Hi there

Welcome to our forum :)

You are obviously a very caring person wanting to be there for your family member.

Is it possible that he or she would join us on the forum? It would be lovely to have them here.

If there is anything in particular that you would like to know, please do feel free to ask away.

If for some reason, you didn't want to write a post, you can always use the search bar at the top right of your screen and look up certain symptoms, etc.

The majority of our members (and all of the Admin team) suffer with Fibromyalgia and many of us have other conditions to deal with as well.

Once again a very warm welcome. It is wonderful to have you with us.

Wishing your family member and yourself much peace

What a lovely person you are, making the effort to really understand. Thank you-- you give me hope !

( was left smarting today after a rather uncaring comment by a friend)

Best wishes to you.

Great, I'm glad you are trying to learn about this illness. I do not talk to my family members because they don't understand, and they are to busy with their life, they don't care to.
