Hi fibro10 I'm sorry your condition has worsened my friend, all the more reason to contact them to inform them of this. You will need to send as much evidence of these changes in your health, if you ask your gp to write a letter saying your condition has got worse & you are struggling with mobility. Your gp will also have records of your visits & any hospital visits & injections you have had since last year. Hopefully you will be put back on enhanced rates. It may be enough for them to make this decision without having to go through another medical, I'm not sure about that, so don't take my word for it because I'm not a benefits advisor but you could give the sites advisor "Janet" a call, I'm sure she would be able to give you better advice than I can. I have pasted CAB link for you to read and they can also help you with any questions with PIP, they will even help you fill the forms in.
I hope this helps you and I wish you luck with it all & try not to let it stress you out to much, or you will make your health worse. The key is to be prepared and get all the correct information and you will be fine.

I am so sorry to hear you are suffering so bad fibro10 Please don't worry about been good with words i'm not very good myself {{hugs}} I think if you have become worse then you are right to have them look at your claim again. As far as I know they will not stop any money while they take another look at your new claim. I do hope things can move quickly for you and the process won't take to long. xx

You do need to tell them of any changes in your health and I would think it is unlikely they will remove what you have already considering your condition has worsened.
As our lovely Janet28 has said it would be useful to contact our benefits advisor Janet who will be able to help.
The Citizens Advice Bureau is very good too but you will probably need to make an appointment as soon as possible as they can sometimes be overwhelmed.
I wish you good luck and hopefully they will just go by your new information to raise your PIP levels without an assessment.
Xx
Thank you
Thank you
Hi
Have a looksee on the benefits and work site. It has great information and advises you how to apply for benefits, and how to to fill in your forms etc. If you search on Google, you will find it.
