almost 2 AM and I am on my second day of no sleep. I'm going to try again in a few minutes, at least to lay down in my big comfy bed and think about sleep, and listen to the pitter-patter of the rain gently falling.
I love to listen to the rain. And the bird songs early in the morning. Except not those noisy ravens.
I really should try to get a few hours rest, I see my Dr. at 8 AM [yes, I see him every Tuesday at 8 or 8:15] We check vitals, go over meds, order more labs. Right now I am doing blood work every week to stay on top of kidney, pancreas, thyroid and liver function. It's funny and sad at the same time, the ladies at the lab all know me by name. Same at the pharmacy.
I hope everyone managed some rest. Have a lovely Tuesday friends, I know I will try.

Hello Sharon, sorry to hear you are having another sleepless night.
At least if you are resting in bed your joints and muscles can relax.
Hope your appointment goes well and there is some improvement in your overall condition, it is nice the ladies at the lab and Pharmacy know you, it must make you feel very special.
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are having problems sleeping my friend and I sincerely hope that you manage a good sleep tonight. I truly hope that it went well for you at your doctors. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.
Sharon I'm so sorry you're not sleeping and trust me I know what that feels like . 8am when you don't sleep is madness I know because I have hardly any sleep any night so I'm tired out all day every day . I'm a person who loves names and I have always wanted to visit cape - cod , Martha's Vineyard and a few others . Hope you feel better soon sending a cyber hug xx😇
