I have fibro and I never have any energy and have slept in my entire life. DO you also have insomnia at night. My problem is my pain is so bad at night that I can't sleep. I have to sleep in until lunch time. The pain in so horrible everyday it seems to flare up more. What seems to help you?
I was like you with pain at night and I found out when pain in the night or day got bad a muscle relaxer helped. A doctor once told me when you have pain you automatically tighten your muscles and if you take a relaxer you cut half the pain, I use Lakota both muscle relaxers and the, rubs.

He also said a lot of people have, when we are growing up and our legs and body hurt it is called growing pains, then in our early teens when we hurt et , it is called puberty , then a little older in our 40 s it is called arthritis, and start of osteoarthritis etc.
