Tomorrow is my CAB appointment to fill my PIP form in. They will only write on the form what I tell them, I get so nervous and I'm in pain everyday.
But needs to be specific. I can't do that, I'm not well at all. I'm not a lair I have bad memory, I need all the help I can get, advice help with what to say. I find everything painful and difficult. Please help me people. I need to know what to tell them
It's PIP
Thanks so much and i hope you understand I am desperate
Take one of your repeat prescription forms with you so you don't forget what medication you are on. You will have to tell them the last date you saw your GP, names and addresses and last visit to any consultants.
Remember it is what illnessess you have but more importantly how they effect you on a daily basis. You may be able to do something but does it leave you in pain, breathless or fatigued afterwards?
What things can't you do? What things can you do but you find them difficult and why. Jot the answers down tonight after reading the form. Just put Question 1 then your thoughts just brief notes and go through like that.
Don't panic remember they are on your side as advisors they should be trained in putting you at your ease. Good luck let us know how you get on.x
Any things certain you can help with like what do other fibromyalgia suffer get like, I get pain everything but I don't realise them little thing, like what could I write and if you have fibromyalgia and are similar to me what did you out advice
If you have time try and make some notes of the things that you would like to say if you could? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Just tell them as it is - you shouldn't worry as they see people like yourself everyday and will know what's going on - why do you call yourself a liar???? If you are being honest and truthful you should have nothing to fear should you????? 🙂
