Glad you are App appy😁 Sorry couldn't resist that it is going to be a boon for people with an iPad.

There is a plus to not working as you can pace yourself and physically it makes life not such a struggle. I too was in that situation so have experience of it.x

Thanks Rosewine. I've not worked since September but she's willing to take me back even part time if I'm well enough in the next year.

Just need to sort out esa now 😱

That would be great. You might find after a really good rest and the right meds and treatments you may be able to do it. I had such a delay in getting a Pain Management appointment that the charity that I worked for had to finish me. Realistically as I had to have a brain like a razor to do my job with the medication I would have struggled plus sitting in an office chair would have been a no no as hard chairs are my nemisis. Take care hope you get in ok with ESA.x

Thanks Rosewine. I'm settling and gradually increasing my pregablin and waiting for a pain clinic appointment.

I work as a care assistant with nursing or dementia patients. Full time it's 12 hour shifts on your feet physically and mentally demanding for up to three days in a row. So I'm thinking part time. Maybe twilight shift as the work is easier

Strangely the Twilight might suit as many of us have difficulty sleeping at night as our body clocks are all over the place. I have often joked with the OH that I could do the night shift.x

It might however I would get home at 11pm and be up for kids for school, then leave again at 4pm. It would be a long day especially if I'm doing a few in a row.
