Would love just one night sleep since June not one full night sleep not one day with out pain I want to be me again and I will be again this stuiped fb is not going to win me I will walk with out my crutchers going to be positive we're Theresa way there's will as thay say hope u all have a pain free day love to u all

Lack of sleep and no freedom from pain are two hugely difficult things to live with and often create the third, our other enemy, anxiety. I completely feel for you, for two + years ive only slept 2 hours, twice a day, partly due to pain but now also i suspect due to the opiate addiction i now have.

Having fibro is so bloomin' difficult, every aspect is such a pain, literally.

I can identify with you Jayney7 , although with all the best will and positive thinking, some days are just too much.
